What is the M.A.R.K.S. Club?
| M.A.R.K.S. stands for Miniature Aircraft Radio Kontrol Society (AMA Charter 133) - Behind this name there is an active RC Model club that is located in the San Bernardino - Redlands - Highland area in Southern California. Currently we have one main flying field but also some additional places where we fly our models, ranging from electric slow fliers, scale and IMAC planes, pylon racers, over helicopters and 3D planes to turbine powered jets. |

2/22/11 - Steven our new President in action! Last weekend on Saturday Steven went out to Greenspot to paint our shade structure. About one third is now painted in it already looks like new. If you can give Steven a hand to paint the remaining section of the structure please let him know at president@rcmarks.org |

Pylon Racing: Gilman Springs, Saturay March 5th 2011

Terry Yates (Victor Valley RC Flyers) has agreed to bring down his Race Management Equipment and run this, our first Club 40 Pylon Race for us. There's still time to get a Racer and get it ready for the March 5th Race. I sure hope that several of you will get one of these Racers and join us on March 5th. Also, pass the word to anyone else you think may be interested. Let's try to get a good turnout for this, the first Club 40 Pylon Race of the 2011 SoCal Season.
